I was just experimenting with Google's Picasa program. It's photo organization software and you can send a photo to Blogger from within Picasa... easy peasy.
Yeah, for Windows, Picasa is the best I have found for managing photos. Of course, being a Mac user, I prefer iPhoto.. :-)
