Little yellow jobbies...

which are next to the Shamrocks in my neighbor's flower bed. Perhaps Judy can tell us what they are. I have no idea. I didn't post these before, but everybody seemed to like the Shamrocks so well I thought I would. I'm recuperating from root canal work and too full of pain-killers to shoot anything.

Um... I think these are "Green Thingies", not "Green Jobbers". My other guess was going to be "Strange Pointy Green Leafy Jobbers", but I believe they only grow in Sarasota.

Sorry to say I don't know. And I just paged all the way through my encyclopedia of garden flowers, and though I see things similar - nothing identical. I will send a link to my garden whiz/horticulture major friend and see what she says.

My gardener/horticulturalist has no idea what these flowers are, Rick. Can you ask your neighbor what they are? NOw we are both very curious.

Stonecrop, in the Sedum family.

I looked at some pictures of Stonecrop on the web... looks right to me. I will try to ask my neighbor soon. I had to run to the grocery store tonight as soon as I got home.
