Roane County Bucolic

I was working at Roane General Hospital today. I really love the scenery on the drive there. Be sure to click the photo for a larger view. I blogged from Roane County last year... click and click.

Wonderful depth. I love the distant haze.

That is an amazing photo. You captured a scene that I would think an artist would imagine in his/her mind and then choose to paint it on a canvas. Nice color, nice variety of vegetation, the universal cow(s) and a dirt road. Americana.

John... I didn't want to say so myself, but since you brought it up, the scene put me in mind of a John Constable.

As beautiful as a painting!

Looks just like Roane County, Tennessee to me!

A beautiful classical composition. I had the same thought: an 18th century English landscape. That one could go in your gallery.
