On the way home from Virginia, I like to stop in Charlottesville if it's close to lunchtime. The historic downtown is nearly perfect. I'm a big fan of historic preservation. If only they hadn't made the humongous mistake of closing the street to traffic.


We needed to find a very good place to eat, so naturally we went in here:

As it turned out, the sign was accurate. The food was good and the re-purposed hardware store was fantastic.
