A caption for the first picture: "...across the gulf of space, minds that are to our minds as ours are to those of the beasts that perish, intellects vast and cool and unsympathetic, regarded this earth with envious eyes, and slowly and surely drew their plans against us." (H.G. Wells, War of the Worlds)
Yay for Rick and produce blogging! Another great edition and, once again, as cindy points out, worthy of a wink wink, nudge nudge. Who knew the produce aisle could be so, um, provocative.

I realize I don't know you well enough to make this comment, but it appears that maybe your produce needs to be washed in cold water ...

Thanks, Rick.
Sometimes the "winkwingnudgenudge" is intentional, but I must say this time I don't know what you dirty minded people are talking about!
Let's just say this is the second week in a row when your produce has looked especially, um, voluptuous.
Fruits and vegetables tend to look tumescent and remind one of the tingly parts, as the Church Lady called them.
BTW, it's tomatillo, sometimes known to gardeners as a "husk tomato." An important ingredient in green salsa.
It's probably hard to find a "taco-burrito" in WVa, hunh?
Come on down!
I never tried to buy a taco-burrito, but this place might have it. You can see a photo of the owner here.
Actually a "tacoburrito" is a Texas thing, but I'm glad to see there's a credible Mexican joint in Charleston.
A Mexican joint.
Eight Orthodox churches.
Roane County.
Places to ride a bike.
It all checks out. As I see it, a sushi bar would be icing on the cake (well, tuna wasabi i.c. doesn't sound that appetizing, actuallyb).
