This is a sculpture exhibit outdoors at Pullman Square in Huntington, WV. It has something to do with the Marshall University "Arts for All" project going on this fall. I'm sorry that I don't really know much about it. I just noticed the pieces there when I stopped to get something from Starbucks.

The red hoses gave me a feeling of what it was like running through the sprinklers as a kid.
