The O.R.

On Friday I found myself killing some time in the OR waiting for some doctors to arrive. There are lots of interesting things to see.

Welcome Instapundit readers! Go to my main page for more photos.

Good photos, as usual, but all things considered, I'd rather be in Philadelphia. Maybe even Trenton, NJ.

I really like the shot of the three red tubes, criss-crossing. Excellent, I think.

Came here via Instapundit. May I compliment you on your ability to see the beauty in what we surgeons take for granted and see as mundane through jaded eyes.

Good to hear from you "noacutedistress". I work in hospitals a lot and I always prefer working in areas with interesting technology such as radiology and the OR.

BTW... I have a new page on my commercial photography site for health care marketing photos.

I hope you were in the ER to take photos, not as a patient!

Cool photos, though! I really like the vials.

Of course in the OR, as in life, there are many more things we'd like to "flip off."

It's good to be able to see the art in places we don't normally find it. Thanks. In my latest blog post, I tried to say what it feels like in the OR, as well as you showed what it looks like.

Reminds me of my surgical observation days(they didn't let me take pictures... )... I'd love to do that now.
