Thanks Shuttered! That's a great compliment. As I've said before here, I used to just drive by these scenes (such as this on the way to work) and never stop to shoot. But now that I've got the blog, I need good shots every day so I'm actually stopping to shoot cool scenes that I see all the time. Having the blog has made me a better photographer and I'm really amassing quite a body of work that otherwise never would have existed.

This one, like most of your nature pics, allows me to feel like I'm right there, sitting on the edge of the shot, with a first-hand view of the scene.
