Wet road at dawn

A few weeks ago I was heading up I-79 toward Morgantown at dawn in the rain. I was bummed about having to drive in the rain, but I shot this picture right through the windshield.

Like I said before, this guy Rick has an eye.

But--what was he doing at the crack of dawn on a wet highway?

Goin' fishin', I hope.

Goin' fishin'... ha! What's the name of this blog? Most days, I'm out early heading off to some location. A couple of years ago I moved my studio into a much nicer, larger facility with higher ceilings and I thought sure I had a "if you build it, they will come" thing going. I assumed I'd do MORE studio work having such a nice studio. Ha!. It's less than ever now... and less than ever in town. Almost every day I'm on the road early.

Very nice shot. I need to bring my camera with me more. There are some great shots on foggy-sunny mornings driving into Charleston. Those mornings where the sun is just starting to "burn off" the fog.

Wow! I can't even shoot a picture if someone else sets it up and shoots it by remote while I look through the viewer.....
