Old Corks

I thought this was an interesting use of old wine corks. Seen at the Capitol Market (farmer's market and more) in Charleston, WV.

Old corks, of real cork, will be relics of the past before too long. Most wine bottlers are now using the synthetic corks or converting to screw-tops, I've read.

Yeah, I've heard that too. Real cork is just too unreliable.

As always, you transcend the ordinary and make it an object of awe. You have such a gift.

Suffice it to say that real corks are going to be somewhat valuable someday, so we should save what we have and sell the on Ebay in 10 years....lol!
