A sisal rug?

Or maybe a rattan woven placemat?

It looks like water to me -- perhaps a fountain of some kind? And are those legs at the top right?

Water flowing over some stairs? The legs or grasshopper or whatever it is at the top is kind of freaky.

water flowing down a stepped fountain?

the image in teh top right looks like either someone running up the steps or a salmon swimming upstream (not really, salmon are nto that pink)

Agree with water over some structure (at a slightly slower than usual shutter speed?).

Are they called salmon ladders? The structures they put in streams to allow the salmon to migrate upstream?

A braided carpet.

it looks like someone running up steps in a rainstorm, but at a slower shutter speed. Like, a time lapse photo.

Rare Ramp Salmon braving the waters of the Mud River Falls as they return to spawn in Logan. True story. That is why the water is beige.

I'm going with a fountain, with part of a leaf hanging down in the top right corner.

It's a waterfall/fountain thingy in Lexington, KY... photographed at night. When I cropped it, I left a tiny bit of the girl in there... the legs... it probably would have been more difficult if I'd cropped her out entirely, but I felt the need to leave a bit in there. See the whole photo here.

I love that park. These are great photos. Lots of neat stuff to photograph in Lex. There's another fountain a couple of blocks downtown. The water shoots up about two stories high. Quite a sight as it archs and angles, and the kiddies get in and play. If I were any sort of real photographer, I'd attempt to capture it. I'll leave that to you, Rick!
