Lilies of the valley, I think maybe? If so, they also come in pink.

I seriously need to get to West Virginia in the Spring. I've seen every other season but I suspect I am missing the best one.

They are delightful, Leucojum vernum (Spring snowflake) is what they are called, known as 'Snowflakes'.
