Plastic clothes hangers?
I think they are plastic clothes hangers on the top and metal ones on the bottom, they are different sizes anyway.

Yep... plastic clothes hangers. They are the same except for color. Special kudos to Laura... the photo was taken at The Container Store. Very good!
