The sun came up in a particularly gorgeous way this morning. Everywhere I looked things had a beautiful glow. I shot these pictures of the St John's Episcopal Church while stopped at a traffic light. The Payne Building on the Lee Street Triangle was reflecting the sun off of its marble face like a mirror.

Ah, the sun. That's what sun and blue skies look like. I'd forgotten. IT's been gray here for weeks and weeks.
