I saw this flying over Charles Town, WV last summer. Can anyone out there ID this plane? I'm just curious. I thought I knew what it was but it turned out I was wrong.

It's a Piaggio P180 Avanti II. I think it is the fastest prop in the world. The Ferrari famiy own the company that make it.

Thanks LH! You are obviously correct. I was not familiar with this aircraft. It's amazing. I'll have to look for a Flight Simulator model.
