Yeah, I can definitely see the head of Bruce the Shark in there, no doubt about it. "You go in the water. Cage goes in the water. Shark's in the water. Our shark. Farewell and adieu to you, fair Spanish ladies....."
Only a cloud, until you asked. Now it looks like a witch flying on a broom (toward the right) with her cape flowing behind her. Wow, nobody said that yet.
BTW... the shark is on the right with it's mouth open a bit and the hint of an eye in the upper right. It's a pretty sophisticated image of a shark if you see it. I also see half of a running scottish terrier on the left. I still can't see a duck head.

...a thin hand holding a vessel?
I see a butterfly. But I also see the thin hand. :)
I see a duck head looking to the left. :)
A friend looking over my shoulder suggested a shark-head. Now I can't see anything else. A bird was my first thought.

I thought bird when I first saw it, too.

I can definitely see the witch now, too. Maybe it's the Wicked Witch of the North?
It's the Holy Ghost.
Of course.
