Ramps are an Appalachian delicacy that grows wild in the woods in early Spring. It's like an onion but with a different taste and they are legendary for making the eater stink. As for me cooking... you don't actually think I BUY all that produce do you? :-)

Man, you don't have to cook 'em. I love 'em raw with pinto beans and cornbread.
