Are you sure you didn't take a still from "Gone With the Wind" and Photoshop Scarlett O'Hara out of the frame? 'Cause it really looks like her sillouhette should be standing right there, that sky is THAT beautiful!!!! Excellent work, Rick.
Thanks Dale... I was driving on Smith Road yesterday morning and I pulled over to take this photo... and then I turned to my right and shot the fall color shot with the road and split-rail fence. That was a productive 2 minutes on the way to work!

Hi Tim... I have relatives in Vermont and New Hampshire and I always thought the geography was very similar to WV.
