I've been experimenting with time-lapse photography. Here's a fun little example I did on the spur of the moment. This represents about an hour and a half in one minute. Shot on a Nikon D200 camera with a 10mm fisheye.
That "one year in 129 seconds" looks like the technique they used on "Planet Earth". It's a little different from straight time-lapse... some video blending going on. I like that panning device... much cheaper than the professional gear!

What was the blinking light over the 3rd light from the front of the space? Very cool.
The "blinking light" is a reflection on a spinning ceiling fan.
