As beautiful as sunsets are, I prefer the ambiance of rain, fog and darker skies. Were you driving? Motorcycle ahead?
I've gone out in thunderstorms trying to capture shots like this, but am afraid I'll crash. I've snapped blindly while navigating, but it's much too dangerous.
I've been known to snap pictures while driving occasionally, but this time I was a passenger in a car going over a tall bridge to a Florida beach. That's a car taillights to the left and the setting sun to the right.
to be honest I thought that 'setting sun' was a headlight on a road parallel to the one you were travelling. I'm guilty, I've taken pictures while driving, but I do slow down.

I love rain pictures. This one is very nice.
I couldn't take a picture of the pretty sunset because of the rain, so I just decided to take a picture of the rain.

My first thought was 'I hope he's not driving!'. When we go out at night around Denver, I shoot photos from my car too, as a passenger!

Looks like I missed the photo of the cold Kentucky rain.
