In the summertime, I prefer Kirk's to the Dairy Queen. Kirk's has that nice outdoor patio (from which this photo was taken). The DQ's dining area is glassed in, which I guess is nice in bad weather.
Yep, I cropped the top and bottom of the scene out. And yes, the saturation is boosted somewhat and the green color corrected with a little more yellow. All this to give the impression of what it really looked like.

Along the river in Hinton is one of my favorite all time places.
The question is, did you go to the Hinton Dairy Queen while you were in the area? :) Best DQ there is!
