Great Rick! I love the carrots....have you done those before?

My favorite this week is the apple!

That last one looks like a bunch of bats hanging on the wall of a cave.

The apple gets a taste of the sweet freedom the carrots and and onions can only dream about.

(And I like in the carrot picture how you caught the other carrots and, what, turnips? in the background. They, too, dream of freedom.)

The onion and whatever it is at the bottom dream of their youth. The days in the field when their skin was supple and fresh. Oh, those were the days, my friend. Those were the days.

Thanks, Rick. Another great installment.

Rick: Who knew, an oinion could be so beautiful. As Shrek said 'They have layers'.

Rick: It took me a minute to figure out what the last one looked like. It is the teeth in the mouth of the beast from 'Predator'.

I love the artichoke!

I gotta ask -- the blackness behind the onion... was that there already?

SuperBabe... although I am certainly not above altering a background, that black background was just there. The Kroger's store near me has just revamped their produce section with new shelving. The new shelving results in more shadows and more dramatic lighting...so look forward to more dark backgrounds from me!
