Watch these tv shows...
... about photography on the web. The Prodig.org site runs a mailing list forum that I've participated in for years, but that's not what this is about. They have 3 episodes of the BBC program "The Genius of Photography" on their blog. I recommend it. It's partly about the history of photography but it also gets into the art and philosophy of photography. Episode 1, Episode 2, Episode 3.
