Saw it on a building in Baltimore. I guess that's supposed to be Mercury but at first I thought it was a construction worker.
Almost looks like a woman with that bust and curly hair. Albeit and ugly woman. (Sorry). I was thinking that really does look like a hard hat.That is some intricate and detailed work.
