I drove by the site (Brooks St entrance to the ballpark) this morning and didn't see any evidence of activity. The public information is very sketchy. If anybody out there knows anything about when and where please let me know.
"Julian Beever, an English chalk artist based in Belgium, will create one of his amazing works over a two-day period June 18- 19 at Appalachian Power Park near the South Brook Street entrance. The work will also be shown throughout FestivAll."
So, in theory, he should already be working...hope you can find him and get some shots!
I went by the ballpark site this morning and this afternoon and saw nothing... so either they changed the site or it's not happening yet. Festivall's not really starting till this weekend so I think it would be better if it started later.
He is terrific. Hope you can post some pics of his work while he is in town.
ReplyDeleteI certainly will try. I'm worried that I'll be tied up with work.
ReplyDeleteI'll be there. For sure!
