It's not a lemon. According to ugli.com it's an "exotic tangelo from Jamaica". They were all mostly shriveled like that... which is how they got the name "Ugli" presumably.
When I first saw that genetically-mutated shriveled tangelo thingy I thought you had Photoshop'd that "Ugli" label in there, I didn't think that could be an actual brand name. That is funny!
