Out of curiosity did you get an explanation for the acres and acres of dead or dying trees as exhibited by the many brown splotches?Bill
My first thought was "Wow, West Virginia looks so much like the West", only to scroll down and see you are in Montana...
To Bill F. Looks like Pine Beetle. Most of our Front Range Colorado Forests are blighted with it. Starting to burn this year.P.S. I had assumed it was WV too!
