Not mine... I was just shooting the surgery. Yes, malignant... the surgeon is pointing out the cancer which felt like a large marble embedded in the prostate. He is indicating where it is with the pen.
LOL, I'm still not 100% certain that this is his, but I think he's getting a kick out of thinking his prostate is "famous" now. Huge coincidence though if it isn't his!
