That's a very difficult photo to get the exposure correct. Is it actually two photos of differing exposer combined, or do you just have the most remarkable exposure algorithm on earth?
BTW.. this is a pretty good illustration of "magic hour" lighting. The hour before sunset (on a clear day) makes stuff look so much better. This scene shot at noon would be worthless.

ReplyDeleteIt is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteReminds me of Ky....I miss home.
ReplyDeleteI love the fences and the deep shadows.
ReplyDeleteSigh...very lovely.
ReplyDeleteRichad, the F100 got the exposure right. I also did a little bit of dodging afterward.
ReplyDeleteIt has such a compelling, timeless quaility, as if a horsedrawn carriage could come around the corner.

ReplyDeleteHow tranquil!
ReplyDeleteLovely shot and easy to see why you'd want to walk there.
It makes one wonder what is at the other end of the road. Lovely picture! Thank you for sharing
ReplyDeleteLovely, Rick. It could hardly look more inviting for a stroll.
