Last night I did a quick Google of "nature morte" and found that it's French for "still life" as in a still-life painting... but the raven imagery leads me to think there's more to it here.
...And the Raven or Blackbird is supposed to be a "spirit Messenger" as well.... BOY Rick! Bet you didn't see this conversation coming from a tattoo photo, huh? Guess that's why tattoo's are all so personal to the tattooe.... Cool shot regardless!
