Kim... the ornaments were in the Christmas Decorations dept of the Lord & Taylor flagship store on 5th Avenue. They don't do online sales as far as I know... but a Google search on "red telephone tree ornament" turned up this: http://www.bronners.net/1105920.html which seems to be the same thing.
Almost makes me want Christmas to hurry up and get here. Almost.....
