That's what I would have guessed if I didn't know. I don't think anybody was really that close on this one. It's a picture of water bubbling up in a fountain, as seen <A HREF="http://www.rickleephoto.com/blog/fountain-demo.jpg" REL="nofollow">here</A>. What makes it so strange looking is that it was shot with a very high shutter speed so the water appears frozen. Frankly I was really surprised at what it looked like when I got it back home and looked at it on the computer.
